How big is the cylinder?
The cylinder's sold at www.pumping.net come in one size. The length is 9 inches and the diameter (the distance across the opening of the tube at the base) is 2 inches across. This cylinder size is acceptable for most men.

What video comes with the pump?:
It's a brief video that shows a man using a pump. Please not that the pump he uses in the video is not exactly the same as the pumps we sell. The pump is identical but the rubber seal at the base of the pump in the video is slightly different. Both work equally well however.

Is it guaranteed to work?
No - we can't guarantee that it will work for you. Everybody is different. Most people find that it does work however. It depends on your age, and especially how often and for how long you use your pump. Because each person will use it differently, and for different amounts of time, and at different vacuum pressures it is impossible for us to say exactly how much gain you will get or can expect. Some users will email us and say "I'm 6 inches. Can I get to 8 inches?" We simply have to write back and say - we can't say for certain how much larger you will get. We can say that if you achieve a good seal with your pump and leave it on for a good pump session with low to moderate pressure for 30 minutes or more - you will be able to see/fee an increase in size after the first use. It is important not to apply too much pressure.

Can I return my product?
For health reasons we are not allowed to accept used products - either the pump or the extender. If you wish to return your order make sure that you have not opened the protective plastic seal surrounding the pump. We place a seal around the extender - if the seal on the extender is broken we consider it used and it can not be returned. If we refund your money on an unopened order we do not refund the shipping charges, but the rest of your money will be returned.

How do you ship?
We send orders by UPS. Please remember that we do not ship or process orders received on Saturday or Sunday - so please don't count them as business days in waiting for your order.

What does the package look like - will people be able to tell what it is?
Orders are sent via the US Postal service in a plain box. The return address on the box says Newart and our address. It does not say what is inside the box. Nothing on the outside reveals what is inside. Your privacy is of the utmost importance.

Can you ship to a foreign country?
Yes. Shipping is ordinarily US mail small packet "AIR MAIL" If you live in a country that does not allow adult videos or magazines you should state this in the comments area of the order form and we will not send the magazine or video. This may be necessary in some countries to avoid having your order held up or delayed in customs if your particular country has laws against such materials. We can still ship the pump to most places without the video and magazine. Make sure to include the proper shipping charges for a foreign order. We can ship DHL to some foreign countries but it tends to be expensive - but if you are willing to pay for it we can ship DHL. To get DHL charges you would need to email us first and let us know what you are ordering and what address the order would be sent to. Send this info to [email protected] and we can tell you how much extra DHL would cost. Otherwise the order is sent US small packet airmail.

How can I pay for my order?
The easiest way is to use the online form and a credit card. Your credit card information is secure because it is encrypted before it is sent to us. It's a safe as using your credit card at a local store or restaurant. You can also fill out the order form online and you will be presented with a page that you can print and mail to us with a check or money order.  If you are sending your order from another country make sure that your payment is 1) in US dollars only 2) includes the proper amount for shipping 3) Is payable through a bank located in the United States. Your local bank or currency exchange center should be able to supply you with the proper draft/check or money order. You can also call us and place your order over the phone by calling 888-513-8377. How will this appear on my credit card statement?
Our company name is Newart. It would show on your credit card statement as "Newart" - nothing more.

Will I be added to any mailing lists or receive other material later?
No! After sending your order you will not receive any other mail from us. We keep your information confidential. We do not send any other mailings unless you specifically ask us to.
